Hi there,

I'm hoping to update a schedule/calendar sheet with data from a table on another sheet. Ideally we can plan a job on the data sheet and if the dates were to be changed it would automatically update on the schedule/calendar sheet.

I've had a go with some lookup formulas but hitting a dead end. On the calendar page I'd like either the job number or location to show or ideally both.

The data sheet will have additional columns for planning in work but this info isn't required on the calendar view.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Do you want the Job Name and Location in each date of the Job?
