Update record on Check mark

Hi everybody!
can you please help me on the following:

I need to update a field (text box) with the date current date every time a check box is marked or unmarked. both of these fields live in the same form.
can you please help?

try this:

Private Sub CheckBox1_Change()
Me.TextBox1.Value = Date
End Sub

change your check box and text box names as needed.

So are you saying if you have 10 checkbox's and five Textboxes

Every time a checkbox is checked or unchecked you need all five textboxes on your userform to show todays date?
