Hello,

I have a table of data in my Access database that is the master data (tblSeptember). Everyday I am going to upload data into a different table (tblCalculated), and if the unique identifiers match then the update query (qryUpdateCalc) will update certain fields with information. However, I want it to only update if the fields are null, because the next day when I import the data it will have the information from the day before on there too, so I only want it to update with what I tell it to update with if the information is null. I can't figure out how I go about doing this. I tried putting IsNull([tblSeptember]![Reason]) in the criteria and put "RR Calculated" in the Update To: portion of the query, but that didn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
