Update pay rate from certain date

So i need to change they pay rate for all staff, but on from a certain date, the older dates need to stay as they are currently. How do i do this, its driving me nuts!!!

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.

welcome to the forum. Most probably the easiest way to solve this issue is to go back to the source data of your pivot table and add a column there with the new rates. With the screenshot you shared there's not enough information to solve it other ways.
