Dear Excel Giants.

I have got a problem at hand that needs immidiate attention. and need your help. Our new data base is missin "Description" field from old database. But we cannot directly acess new database we are only allowed to update it using XML file.
* So we have extracted excel from old database with descrition.
* Extracted xml from new databse which does not has description.
* converted this xml as text and opened in excel so we can change it using VBA.

Process is we want to search the asset from old DB Excel in new DB XML.txt after its first appearance we add description field and its value.
Attached picture gies more information.
