Update main sheet, when making an update in the sheet with the power query connection

Hey,

So i have a sheet that has data from my main sheet using power query. On this power query sheet, I have a column that I would like to make changes to and for it to also update the source connection. Is this possible?

Example

Sheet 1 (Main Sheet)

A1 = Yes A2 = No

Power Query Sheet

A1 = Yes A2 = No

If I change A2 to yes on power query sheet, I would like it to update on Main sheet. Currently when it refreshes nothing happens. Hoping there is a setting somewhere.
