Update links in excel base on time interval

Hello,
I need help with a VBA code to update links in excel. Id like it to update every 5 min. The links will be between 2 different excel workbooks. Any help will be appreciated
 

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
