Hi to all,

Currently I am trying to enhance my excel files and do update from main worksheet to duplicated worksheet. I have a main worksheet and a duplicated worksheet. The difference between the 2 worksheet are:
  • Main worksheet has all data (at least 35 columns), while duplicated worksheet only has a few data as not all are required (18).
  • Main worksheet has no filter, duplicated worksheet has filter at a column.

The main question here is how should/what should I do so that whatever updated in the main worksheet could also automatically updated to the duplicated worksheet with any use of button. I don't want to use button for update as my worksheet has many rows and columns. I hope there will be expert to help me in this problem.

P.S: I may not be able to provide any SS as my excel files may contain confidentially information.

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Have you tried to use the sign equal ... in your duplicated workheet ... =Sheet1!A1 ...

I've tried it but due to some complexity of the main sheet, I've no idea how to make it exact same design. Any other methods?

This is a different objective from mine. I want to know how to change my duplicated worksheet when my main worksheet is updated by me.

Just take the time to understand the concept behind the worksheet_change event macro ... and you will soon realize it is exactly what you are looking for ...

All the Best ...

I've did it! I tried again by using the '=' formula. It's just that I have to drag across columns and rows in different set and not drag all in one go. Thanks anyway!
