Update bar chart colours dynamically in Google Sheets

Hello all. I hope you are keeping safe and well.

I have some data in Google Sheets which draws a bar chart. I wanted the colours of the bars to update automatically depending on the range, e.g., if the value was 4, then colour the bar #BF6E25. Is this possible? I've spent a good few hours on Stack Overflow and trying to copy solutions but to no avail. Does anyone have an idea? I have an example sheet here:
