I am creating an excel form and associated data card in EPDM. I am planning on being able to enter most if not all data into the data card and have it go into the form as well as fill in the form and have the info go into the data card.

EPDM data cards contain variables that a write to custom properties in the excel document. I have an ActiveX text box on the front page of my form that is linked to a cell in a background page, if I type into the cell it appears in the text box and vice versa, when saved the cell value is then entered into the data card, when I type into the data card then open the excel file it updates the cell but it does not update the text box until I click into the cell and add to it.

so my question is how do I get the textbox to update when I open the document?

thanks

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
