Update access table with data from excel

Hi Everyone

I was wondering if any one could supply me an example of the following.
I would like to use access to read an excel file and update an access table.
For example if I have a Customer table and I want to update the telephone number from the excel sheet

Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
You can either import the Excel data into an Access table, or you can simply link the Excel data as an Access table.
Then you can use that like any other Access table in an Update Query to update any values you want.
