Does anybody know what these two macros are?

I didn't create them and all the options on the right, including Edit, are greyed out.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
They aren't macros as such. They are for backwards compatibility of excel functions, in your case the LET function.
You can delete them, although they may reappear.

Thanks for the replies.

Can you tell me how they got there? I certainly didn't put them in.

I normally add Option Private Module to all my modules, so the macros table is blank.

How can I remove these two?

Just select them & click delete.

They come automatically when you use certain functions, but are normally hidden.
I can't delete.

All the options on the right, as shown in the screenshot, have been greyed out.

Do you have any LAMBDAs defined in that workbook?

You need to go into the Name Manager on the Formula tab to delete them.

Honestly I don't know what those are then. the _xleta prefix is for eta reduced lambda functions but I've never seen one appear in the macros dialog before.

Thanks.

They were indeed in the Names Manager.

I deleted them there, then checked in Macros but they still remain.
