Unusual chart for plain, but wide data

Hi, ask you for help.
I have 2 columns of data, pretty simple (screenshot and attached file):
I want to make a chart of it.
I've made a drawing of an idea of the chart, I have in imagination, a chart that can clearly represent such a big range of values (pic.)
How to achieve this?

Great tip, I just yesterday read about this FREQUENCY formula, didn't tried it yet but your answer proves this is appropriate way.
