Unique Values From Multiple Columns and Rows to a Single Column

I need help getting an equation to list all unique values C3:BQ13 in a single column. The yellow highlighted area in the screen shot is what I'm trying to get it to look like.

Hello, is it just

Excel Formula:
=UNIQUE(TOCOL(C3:BQ13,1))

or something else?
