UNIQUE but with defined starting value

I want to use the unique function to pull all values, starting after a certain value in the list below, say this criteria is "FRANS". Can i use unique and filter to achieve this?

Do want the word occurring only in the one row immediately below each occurrence of "Frans", or all the words in all the rows below the first occurrence of "Frans"?
