Unfamiliar dialog box re: Be Careful! Document may contain personal information. What should I do?

I downloaded a file from someone on the list asking for help. Before saving I'm getting a dialog box that I've not seen (attached). As far as I can tell -- after looking at document information -- there is no personal information, of mine anyway. What should I look for to get rid of this dialog box?

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
