Unable to update external data from web

Hi all,

In Excel 365 I have a workbook with 3 worksheets (Gold, Silver and Oil) date to be updated from web. the issue is as following:
1- Gold worksheet works fine and gets updated date with no issue
2- Silver and Oil worksheets unable to connect to web to update data and get error message (please refer to attached screenshot)
I can upload the excel file if required.
I tried to upload screenshots files but couldn't.

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Sort by date Sort by votes
please note attached screenshot files for ( Silver and Oil worksheets )
