I have just started using Power BI.

I have created below tables:

1. Date Table
2. Purchase Table
3. Sales Table
4. Purchase Return Table
5. Sales Return Table
6. Scrap Table

All tables are having a field of "Date". I want relationship of Date Table with ALL other tables as "Date" field is common in all tables.

Power BI is not allowing to do so. It is showing dotted line.

Please guide me where I am doing mistake.

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
As you already know, PowerBI allows you to create only one active (direct or indirect) relationship between two tables. I suggest two solutions:

1) Remove DateTable completely (if I understand your data set correctly, you only need it for "Month Name" column - these fields can be easily added to other tables using DAX or M language).

2) Load DateTable and then use USERELATIONSHIP formula in your reports to force the relationship between two tables - see USERELATIONSHIP DAX function for more info.
