Unable to record

I'm trying to get external data from an internet site (CPXmedia) and record the process as a macro.
Problem is that although the data is pulled, I keep getting "Unable to record" message. Note that this is the only place this happens. Recording this process on other sites works just fine.

Your help is appreciated.

I don't think this solution is relevant to my case as I'm using Excel 2007.

Where are you trying to record the macro?

Trying to record it on Excel 2007 if that's what you mean.
The website I'm pulling the data from is cpxinteractive.com

I mean where have you chosen to store the macro - Personal Macro Workbook, New Workbook or This Workbook? Is it just getting external data that you can't record or can't you record anything?

I just clicked the record macro button so I'm guessing it's this workbook.
The only time the macro couldn't record was in this instance.
