Unable to pull complete data from outlook 365 to PBI

Hi,

I have tried linking the Outlook Inbox with Power BI.

I have the data in my mail box from 2019 but in Power BI Transform data /Power BI date picker is used I can see data only for 2020 but no data from 2019.

why is this can someone please guide.
