Unable to protect Buttons (Not Active X)

Hi, I have been trying to protect these buttons that are not active x without any success. I have protected the whole sheet and checked all the boxes and that still does not work. Everything gets protected in the sheet other than these 8 buttons. One can still right click and delete or move them. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

P.S. I am very new at vb programming so please be gentle

well you might make them not visible when locked down

So I guess there is no real way of doing this. I will make them again this time using the correct button option. Thanks for your help.
