Unable to copy sheets to another workbook

In the last 24 hours, since updating to build 8625.2127, I have notice a bizarre behaviour.

In the past, when I wanted to copy or move a sheet from one workbook to another by right clicking on its tab, I used to be offered a drop down menu of all the open books, headed by "(new book)".

Now the only book offered below "(new book)" is the active book. This happens a large proportion of the time; but occasionally I do get the old list.

Is this just me, or are others seeing this frustrating behaviour?

TIA, Arthur

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
It will only show open workbooks in the dropdown. I don't recall it ever showing all workbooks in the current directory.

neither do I, JLGWhiz.

It also happens on my wife's PC running 2121. But my seldom used laptop does what I expect on v. 1709.

Should have read the OP a little closer. It appears to be an anomally if you are not getting the open workbooks listed in the drop down. Haven't had any experience in that area, mine seems to work correctly.
