unable to convert hexadecimal data

The cells in file contains hexadecimal data. I have tried to format it into text. But it didn't work. I also tried HEX2DEC formula.
Please help me with this problem.

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
You could use
Excel Formula:
=DECIMAL(A2,16)
but the number exceeds the number of significant digits that Excel shows.
