UDF formula not automatically updating

I have a custom function written in VBA, and for some reason, my cells on tab 3 are not updating when I modify data on tab 1. The cells on tab 3 call the custom function which uses a date entered in a cell on tab 1. If I change the date on tab 1, the formulas do not automatically update on tab 3. I can go into the cell and then hit Enter, and it updates correctly, but it should do it automatically. Any suggestions? I'm on Excel 2007, and I have the Calculation Options set to Automatic. Thanks for any insight!

P.S. I recreated the spreadsheet from scratch thinking it was just a quirk, but I'm still having the problem.

Hi and welcome to the board!!!
What is the code for your function? Is it set to be Volitile??

Thanks!!! I had never heard of that. Do you guys know why F9 wouldn't work to update my cells? It seems like it always has in the past, but this time I had to actually go in to edit the cell and then hit enter. Either way, that won't matter now b/c this worked like a charm. Thanks for the help!
