Two version of excel problem

hi,
two version of excel are installed on my pc, excel 2010 and 2003.
For some reason, when i trying to open an XLS or XLSX files Excel 2003 open as default.
i tried to use the "open with" option, but when i select excel 2010 nothing happen.

this is the rout for excel 2010
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14

this is the rout for excel 2003
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office2003\OFFICE11

any suggestions :confused:

Let Application.Version determine which Excel you are using.

The version for 2003 is "11.0".

Sorry, I thought you might have been using VBA.

However, if you have an instance of Excel 2010 open it should be possible to open the xls or xlsx files through the File menu.
