Two Tables, Check to see if Column exists, if not insert it

I have two tables side by side. I am trying to write a code that will check the column headers in the left table and insert any columns that do not exist in the right table already... and vice versa. Basically I need the two tables columns to match.

The issue is that these columns generate differently so the number of columns vary month to month.

Any help would be appreciated.
