Hello,

I am doing a mock up of a review system where an employee rates themselves on a scale of examples as does the manager. I have created a group box with the 5 option buttons for the Self rating, however I am not sure how to add a manager assessment as adding options buttons into the group box for the manager adjusts the self score.

I can provide an example and willing to look at alternatives to achieve the same goal.

Thanks

SJ

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
It sounds like you need a separate Group Box with 5 radio buttons for the manager rating

Thanks Johnny C. Do you know if they can be over-layed - so the self rating is next to the manager rating? Also, is there anyway of removing the outline of the Group Box?
