two if statements together =IF(CA18<BY18,"YES","NO")

Please help.
I have this =IF(CA18<BY18,"YES","NO") I want to add if COL CA:CA is blank then leave cell blank or go onto <by18,"yes","no") i="" want="" to="" add="" if="" ca="" is="" blank="" then="" leave="" cell="" or="" go="" onto="" if(ca18<by18,"yes","no").="" can="" do="" this?<="" html=""></by18,"yes","no")>IF(CA18<BY18,"YES","NO")

put spaces before and after the "<" in your formula, regardless of which way they are facing.

Perhaps this:

=IF(CA18<>"",IF(CA18<BY18,"YES","NO"),"")
