I have a formula that has some hard coding in it and while it works, I'd like to eliminate the hard coding so that I can copy it versus having to edit it for each individual
In the tab called "numbers4Pat", I have the following formula:
=SUMIFS(smith!$P:$P,smith!$J:$J,"136065",smith!$L:$L,">08/29/2017",smith!$L:$L,"<09/13/2017")
There's two things I'd like to stop hardcoding -- the dates and the member ID.
1) The member id (for example 136065) can be found in cell a2. There are 50 rows of different member IDs, so I would rather reference that cell versus updating the formula for each row.
2) instead of hard codes of dates, I want to use the values found in the tab "numbers4Pat" in cells v2 (8/29/2017) and x2 (9/13/2017) for the dates. There are 8 columns and the dates will always be in cells v-AB.
