How would I take a print screen from XL and turn it into a jpg image I can upload unto my message?

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Try this: After doing the Ctrl+PrtScr, which puts the image into the Clipboard, open MSPaint, do a Paste (Ctrl+v), and you should see your image thee. Now, on the MSPaint menu bar, click on File, Save As, choose wher you wish to save to, and enter the file name as whatever, jpg. Done!
