I have a sheet that I have created manually where it is a form set that I send out, but I am looking for this form to also transition the data placed into those areas to transfer to sheet 2 to keep a running list for tracking purposes. I would like to be able to fill out the template form with various information and then for it to create a new line on sheet 2.
