Hi.

I'm working on a vacation calendar for a group of teams.

I have the data in a table like this:
groupnamelocation
TeamAPerson1S
TeamAPerson2R
TeamAPerson3P
TeamAPerson4S
TeamBPerson5R
TeamBPerson6P
TeamBPerson7S
TeamBPerson8R
TeamBPerson9P
TeamBPerson10S
TeamCPerson11R
TeamCPerson12P

But would like to have the data like:
TeamA
Person1
Person2
Person3
Person4
TeamB
Person5
Person6
Person7
Person8
Person9
Person10
TeamC
Person11
Person12

Is that possible without a macro?
Would it be possible to sort the persons according to the location too?

Kind regards J;-)

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
with Power Query
is that what you want?

I don't understand that
2016 with Power Query is OK
2013 with Power Query is NOT OK
IT, are you afraid about unknown? :p:cool::devilish:

We are a "bit" behind on office versions... ;-)

I thought 2016 had power query in the standard install, am I wrong there?

Power Query & Power Pivot - built-in

I've never had a standard version so I don't know
