I’m looking to create a formula that will look at two separate columns [Status] and [Quarter] and select (for example) HP in column F and Q1 in column. Then add all those particular numbers located in the G column and add them. Example would be an outcome of all numbers added would have both HP and Q1.

As well as getting the data with these two columns, how would I add in another data variable, such as adding in each rep for each Quarter to be in my Pivot Table.
I’m so frustrated, I can’t think properly, as it’s been days …. J
I’ve tried VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, AND, IFERROR, COUNTIF ….etc
I understand if I didn’t do it correctly, it wouldn’t work anyway, so any assistance would be oh so appreciated.
I’ve inserted the Data_Table, Pivot Table and the smaller tables as well.

All this data in the table will be in a Pivot Table

Thank you kindly

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I have tried those, but I’m thinking I completely messed it up somehow. I’ll try again. Do you have an example?
Thanks again!
