I am trying to figure out how to make a formula for finding out the available cash advance credit I have on a credit card.

So for example:

Credit Line (Column I, Row 2): $200.00
Available Credit (Column J, Row 2): $1.81
Credit Line Used (Column K, Row 2): $198.19
Cash Advance Credit Limit (Column L, Row 2): $100.00
Available Credit for Cash Advances (Column M, Row 2): ?

That is where I am stuck on. I am trying to figure out based on credit used, and how much is allotted for cash advance, how to build a formula for that. Any suggestions?
