Trying to make a daily updating graph that only drops old data, preferably without macro

Is there a way to have a graph automatically show the data from two days ago, as in, it will change everyday to show the data from two days before. Also Need one to show the last 7 days for another data range, same updating as first one. I know a macro could do this, but I am slammed at work and no one else knows how to write macros.

Basically is this possible without a macro? I have read about dynamic ranges but they seem to keep all data going forward instead of only having 1 days data.

Thanks for any help.

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
why not creating a second range for your chart with a formula such as =today()-2 and a lookup to bring corresponding fields in?

Thanks for that. I ended up making dup sheets with formulas like the one above so that the sheet only had the data we wanted to have graphed. First time I've actually had a use for hlookup.
