Hi all,

My name is Arth and I am having an exercise where I have to make a consolidated file of actual vs. budgeted expenses for a particular month in a year using numbers from multiple tabs that are not orderly listed. In some cases I have to get the number that I need by dividing a number by 2 or 3. I am not able to understand that how do I enter a formula for this that sums all the numbers for me.

In the GmbHm (USD) - jof - dach tab, P2 (T1 2022 which is a trimester budget has to be divided by 4 just to get the budget of February, that's the number I need, not the whole T1 2022 value). So what formula should I use to get a sum of all the corresponding values in different tabs while dividing a number in between as well and adding that number with other values.

If you need more information please text / call me at 551-300-9182.

Please find the attached screenshots for your reference.

Your help is much appreciated!
