I'm trying to follow links to three of Aladin's past posts and get redirected to the Message Board Forum Index instead of the posts. How do I find them? I was doing a search on multikey lookups. In reading all 41 topics, Aladin put links to his topics #9256, 16933, and 22767. Is there a way to access these items?

You just need to do a little editing on your part. Those links are from the previous version of the board.

So where an old link used to be in the format of: http://www.mrexcel.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=13336&forum=2

The links on the new forum are a little different.

The correct link is: http://www.mrexcel.com/board2/viewtopic.php?t=13336

Where before the entire word "topic" is in the link, as well as the forum number, just drop off the forum bit, and change "topic" to simply "t"

And make sure where it says 'board' you change it to "board2"

As long as you have that 5 digit number (the topic number), you should be able to get to any threads that take you to the main page.

Thanks. I'll print this out and keep it for further reference. (y)
BTW I liked the hamsters of doom, they were cute. LOL
