Trying to decide to whether to use a Pivot chart or bar graph with my worksheet??

I've attached an image of a Excel spreadsheet that I would like to create a Pivot chart or some sort of bar graph.
I'm sort of a newbie at creating Pivot and bar charts.

So, If you could show me both options of what the charts would look like and the steps involved in creating them I would greatly appreciate it.
