Trying to create a schedule maker

I've created a form that inputs the necessary data into a table. Data being name and hours available to work Mon-Fri. I then want to make a report that displays all of my employees availability by day. So I would have one form for Monday, Tuesday, etc. I would like to put the names as column headers and the time of the day on the left hand side, 7am-8pm. With the information supplied by each employee I would like to shade the area in which they are available. Let me know if this can be done or not. If so, some suggestions on how it should be done and if not, some suggestions on how this might be done in another program(preferably free)
