I have read a lot about this error online but am not having any luck figuring it out (on Excel for Mac, one file with about 8 worksheets):
"This workbook contains links to one or more external sources that could be unsafe.

If you trust the links, update them to get the latest data. Otherwise, you can keep working with the data you have."

I have tried searching for "[" and ".xl" (suggestions I have read)
I have tried going to Data->Edit Links; this will bring up what appears to be the other Excel file. When I select to "Break Link" however, nothing happens.
It will let me open the source (and then opens the other workbook).
Have tried searching for the name of the linked workbook, with no luck.
Have looked in defined names also

...I would be ripping out my hair if I had any.
Any tips would be great-
Thanks

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Hello xcellerator,

Have you checked your formulas for references to other workbooks?

You might find and download Bill Manvilles's FindLinks.xla.

It looks like FindLinks.xla only works for Windows, is that correct? (I'm on a Mac).

I've tried all the ways I know to check the fomulas (by searching) with no luck.
I also recreated the sheet based on an older file that was working, and walking through each formula as I added it. Once the new file was created, it also started producing the error, which has me stumped...
