Trusted Root Authorities Store

I believe that this was asked over a year ago, and the response does not seem to be valid for Win10 and MS365. After creating a certificate with slfcert.exe I am being told that the certificate is not trusted and must be added to the Trusted Root Certification Store. A prior answer sass that this may be done through "the browser." This does not seem possible with edge and file explorer shows no such file. How is this done?

However, this does not allow one to add content to the spreadsheet. This may just be the way things work.
