Hi,

I have a bunch of IF conditions which have given me TRUE or FALSE values. I am trying to combine False values derived to conjoin with another IF statement but I am getting a FALSE value for all the data .
For eg

A
B
C
D
E
F
Combined A-F
New Value

True
False
False
False
False
False
=IF(AND(A2={"True"},B2={"False"},C2={"True"},D2={"False"}),TRUE,FALSE)

FALSE

True
False
True
False
True
True

TRUE

I am getting all New value columns as "False" , any help on a better solution for this sort of IF statement?
TIA

Excel Facts

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Maybe:

=AND(A2,B2=FALSE,C2,D2=FALSE)

Excel has different types of values, even if they look the same. FALSE is not the same as "FALSE", which is not the same as {"FALSE"}.

Hi,

You can try it this way:

Book1
ABCDEFGH
1New Value
2TRUEFALSEFALSEFALSEFALSEFALSEFALSE
3TRUEFALSETRUEFALSETRUETRUETRUE
Sheet110
Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
H2=AND(A2,C2,--OR(B2,D2)=0)
