HI
I want to see if 3 word exist in a string field. I have IIf([MemberOF] Like "*dog*","*cat*","pets")I have also tried
IIf([MemberOF] Like "*dog*"and like "*cat*","pets")

Is there a way to find more than 1 string in a text field?

thanks
L

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
If you want all three:
Code:
InStr([MemberOF],"dog") And InStr([MemberOF],"cat") And InStr([MemberOF],"pets")
If you only want to see if any of the three exist:
Code:
InStr([MemberOF],"dog") Or InStr([MemberOF],"cat") Or InStr([MemberOF],"pets")
