Trouble Updating Text (Week/Yr) Based on Date in Corresponding Cell

Hi

This feels like it should be easy but cannot work out how to do it...

I'm trying to change the week and year every 7 days as per below. Tried autofill and flash fill but excel hasn't been able to pick up the argument (of every 7 days update the week number). Any help would be very much appreciated
