I have an excel spreadsheet that has worked fine...until today.

The spreadsheet contains a lot of data.
Cells J1:BN3313 contain a large table (with a name, etc).

I am having issues copying data (no matter how big or small) inside this table.

If, for example, I copy a word from cell A1 and try to paste it in F1, it will paste just fine.
However, if I try to copy the word from cell A1 into cell J1 (or any cell within the table range), nothing happens at all.
No errors appear. Nothing.
It is as if it is pasting blank information (even though there is clearly information being copied from cell A1).
Does this make any sense? Up until today I haven't had any problems copying and pasting data in this table...it's just really odd that this is happening now.

I have looked online for solutions to this but haven't found anything that has worked. (including making sure that excel is up to date, restarting the computer, resetting my computer's clipboard). The biggest 'solution' I have seen online is to copy all the data over to a new worksheet...but that didn't work either.

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Solved it. I converted the data to a range. Then I converted it back into a table. This solved the issue. Not sure why, but it works. :)
