That worked, thanks. What in my syntax was causing the issue? I know I didn't reference a specific row number as in yours, but not sure why the cel reference wasn't working?
When deleting/inserting rows (or columns) in this way it's better to work bottom up.
With your code if you delete row1 then everything moves up 1 row, so L2 becomes L1. BUT as your code has already checked L1 it will move on to L2 (originally L3), so the original L2 would never get checked.
