Tricky One: Lookup keyword from multiple sheets > output row

Hi,
Dont know how to go about doing this or if its even possible.

Example
DataFolder (full of userdata sheets same format)

I want to input a name, and macro to search through all the sheets in a set folder and get all the rows of that user from sheet1.

Thanks for any help
