Transposing Excel data to turn rows into columns for Finance

In the image the above portion will be the data that is downloaded. I need to find a way to transpose the data (into a new sheet) so that the highlighted portion is what gets displayed. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a tool or formula that might allow me to do this?
