Hi, Hope someone can really help me as I have been struggling and not getting any where with this and my current solution is going to take me days to complete.

I have a cashflow for a number of projects, and each project has 7 different types of cashflow all going horizontal. However, as we going to be using this data to link to BI, we need to take selected information into a vertical format.

The complication is that last years data is classed as "Previous Years", so has text, and then this years date, in date format, and then subsequent years are termed "Future Years".

The criteria I need to use to conditions the formula are column B (code), column C (reference), column D (category type), all these need to be met and then take the values based on the corresponding months.

The aim then is to take the data and transpose it into this format:

Currently I take one row based on the work package type and transposing individually. I have 84 projects, each with 7 different types of cashflow, and each project has 18 work packages.

This is taking me forever, with the process I am doing and I am sure there must be an easier and quicker way.

Please can you help me and give me my life back as I am on a tight deadline. I will be forever grateful.

Regards,

Anoop
