Transpose row on one sheet to a column on another sheet

I have a workbook with a tab called "input" there are peoples listed names in Row 13, I have another sheet called "labels" I would like the names typed in on the "imput" sheet to be transferred over to the "label" sheet in ColumnB, I tried the Copy and Transpose and It works but if I change a name on the Imput sheet it doesnt update on the Label Sheet.

You can use the transpose function (array entered) or record a copy/paste macro.

I am trying the Transpose function with Array but doesnt seem to work from one sheet to another, only on the same sheet?

I just tried:

=TRANSPOSE(Sheet5!A1:T1)

ctrl-shift-enter

in A1:A20 of sheet 6 and it worked fine
